How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your data only as long as necessary for bookings, record-keeping, and legal compliance.  This includes keeping payment and transaction records for at least 6 years to comply with UK tax and accounting laws. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping/reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

 
Sharing Your Data

We share your data with:

  • Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace company) – To manage online bookings and payments.
  • Secure payment service providers who process payments on our behalf.
  • Google for analytics.
  • Legal authorities – If required by law.

Acuity Scheduling and our payment processors are contractually obligated to comply with GDPR and implement appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
