Jo is the owner of the Jo Oliver Golf Academy at Chesfield Downs. She has gained a wealth of golfing experience with 30 years in golf from an England International, 16 years on the Ladies European Tour, to a very successful coaching career. Jo covers all areas of the game and coaches beginners right through to the elite and both juniors and adults. Jo is also a Lead Coach to Hertfordshire County Golf.
Rhys’ approach to coaching is simple and holistic, taking inspiration from Butch Harmon and Jim McLean, he looks to assist his pupils with an uncomplicated dialogue and fun learning experience. Rhys teaches golfers of all levels from tour players to those who are totally new to the game, along with all age groups. Rhys has built up much experience whilst working at The Celtic Manor, Lancashire Golf Academy, and Letchworth Golf Club, and continues to maintain his own learning and education so that he continues to grow as a coach.
With over 25 years of coaching experience, Mike provides tailored sessions for golfers of all skill levels and ages, from beginners to advanced players aiming to elevate their game. His comprehensive approach encompasses every aspect of golf, including swing mechanics and course management.
Mike has continually refined his coaching techniques, fostering a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment. His commitment is to inspire and empower each golfer to achieve their full potential.
Your golf lessons will be held at the Chesfield Downs Golf Club. You’ll find us just off the A1(M) Junction 9 between Letchworth, Hitchin, and Stevenage. The academy is also ideally placed for golfers in surrounding areas such as Baldock, Royston, Knebworth, and Welwyn.
